Refund Policy: There are no refunds after the purchase of a custom mix or pre-made mix. The sale is considered final once the customer has completed the transaction.
Note: We do everything in our power to show our clients our style of mixing before hiring us. Once we put in production hours and overhead costs (Music licensing, voice-overs) we will not issue a refund. We have one exception to our refund policy. If we do not start your mix or spend any cost on overhead, we will issue a refund.
