REFUND POLICY: Once we start production, we do not issue refunds. There are overhead costs that include music licensing, voice-overs, and man-hours, and will not issue refunds. Note: we do have one exception to this policy: If we have not started production or purchased music licensing and voice-overs will issue a full refund. If we have purchased the music licensing and voice-overs, we will issue a refund minus the cost of the overhead.
